Mi principal objetivo es proporcionar a mis pacientes una vida sin dolor, una Vida en Movimiento y en Plenitud.

Creo que el camino hacia la excelencia clínica pasa por la formación continua de alto valor. Desde mi graduación en la Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy, he recorrido un largo camino profesional y académico. Mi formación académica oficial incluye el PhD in Advanced Physiotherapy obtained with Outstanding Cum Laude por la UEM/Madrid y el Official Master in Osteopathic Manual Therapy.

Hice varias formaciones posgrado de especialización en Cranio-Cervico-Mandibular Pathophysiology, Clinical Posturology, Fisioterapia Uroandrológica y Uroginecológica (Suelo Pélvico), Ecografia musculoesquelética, Dermatofunctional Physiotherapy, entre otras. Además, me dedique durante 17 años a la docencia en la Licenciatura de Fisioterapia y dirección de estudios de investigación.

Clinical practice

Con más de 19 years of clinical practice, I have developed my own therapeutic approach, the Advanced Integrative Physiotherapy, que engloba distintas especialidades y no se centra sólo en aliviar los síntomas, sino también en treat the underlying causes of my patients' ailments.

Más allá de la consulta, estoy activa en redes sociales as TikTok, instagram and Youtube, where I upload videos with tips, exercises and a summary of my therapeutic approach. With this my goal is share some of my knowledge and help patients on their path to health and well-being.

Professional experience

Más de 19 years of clinical practice as a physiotherapist in different contextscough: public and private hospital, private clinic and private practice. Clinical practice in Neuro-musculoskeletal Physiotherapy; Urogynecological Physiotherapy; Cranio-cervico-mandibular Physiotherapy; Dermatofunctional Physiotherapy and Physiotherapy in Central Sensitivity Syndrome/Fibromyalgia.

Coordination and evaluation of 41 research projects end of degree in physiotherapy.

Full-time professor for 8 years in the Bachelor of Physiotherapy and 6 years part-time, throughout those years as a teacher, she was also Director of the Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy, Member of the Scientific Technical Council, Member of the Pedagogical Council, Member of the President's Advisory Council, provider of Students in Bachelor's Degrees in Physiotherapy, Nursing and Pharmacy.
